We are centrally located within 5 min. to the Sydney CBD area.
What are your opening hours?
Our normal business hours are 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST Monday-Friday.
You can place order anytime or contact us via email outside of our business hours, we will generally respond to you within 24 hours.
Do you guarantee the quality?
Yes. If a faulty printing we delivered is proven to be the result of our printing mistake or error, we will reprint it. See terms and condition for details.
What are your payment methods?
Credit Cards: VISA and MasterCard via eWAY secured payment gateway.
PayPal Payment: you need to have a PayPal account.
Which is the best payment method?
The fastest way to pay and receive your order is to pay by credit card.
How & When do I pay?
All orders require pre-payment. You can pay online by credit card, or select "Direct Deposit" while checking out. If you select "Direct deposit" we will email you an invoice with payment instructions.
Is credit card payment safe?
All credit card payments made through our website are processed by eWay (www.eway.com.au), one of the most trusted payment gateways in Australia, it uses the most stringent security measures available to protect your sensitive information. We do not collect or store your credit card details in the process.
How do I place an order?
Simply click "Add to cart" after selecting a product with your required specifications. Our easy-to-use check out system will take you through artwork upload and payment procedure. If you selected to let us design for you, one of our designer will contact you after you completed your order. See design services for more detail.
How do I send my artwork?
You can upload artwork during the order checkout, or upload anytime after you have completed your order by going to our "Upload file" section. you can also post or courier your artwork on disk to our mailingaddress.
How do I receive my printing?
Your order will be delivered to your door by courier or by Australian Post. Please inform us if nobody will be available to sign for your order on arrival.
How long do I have to wait for my printing?
Most printing takes approx. 4-6 working days for production, then plus the time for delivery, this will depends on your locations. It generally takes 1-2 working days for a east coast capital address.
What is a "Proof"
A proof is a sample of what your printing will look like. Based on this you give us the go-ahead to print a job. A proof is usually e-mailed to you or sent as a hard copy.
Can I see a hardcopy before the print?
Yes, we can send you a color printed proof. We will charge extra $30 for this. You must request this when you order, otherwise we usually e-mail proof's.
I do not have artwork, can you design for me?
Yes we provide design service at affordable prices, please see Design Service.
What format of artwork do you accept?
We accept PDF format, with "Press quality" setting.
